Copies Kept Safe Away From Your Office
Microsoft keeps its service running, but bringing back an old email or file is up to you. Your own copy, held somewhere else, is what makes that possible.

Copies cannot be changed or deleted, even by ransomware (software that locks files for a ransom). You can go back up to seven years.

On the Platinum managed IT plan we also write down your disaster recovery plan, so everyone knows who does what. Ready to run copies are an extra and need server backup in place.
