Our Story
IT Start didn’t begin as a large Managed IT provider. We started as Tier1 Repairs, helping local customers with quick and reliable tech support and hardware repairs. Back then, it was all about getting things working again and being there when people needed us most.
As time went on, our clients needed more than just repairs. They were looking for dependable IT support, stronger security, and guidance on how to use technology to grow. That shift is what led us to create IT Start.
We moved from fixing problems after they happen to preventing them in the first place. We now provide full Managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and ongoing strategic support. We have grown our team, brought in better tools, and built a business that supports others with the professionalism and structure of a larger provider while keeping the responsiveness and care we started with.
Many of our original Tier1 clients are still with us today. Even though we have grown, our focus remains the same. We put customers first, deliver reliable service, and continue looking forward.
